Spend your day exploring the valley on foot. There are numerous trails for all ages and abilities. Children will love the trails through the 'Fairytale Forest', home to the world famous classic stories.
Spend the morning visiting the valley's waterfalls. Spend the afternoon exploring further afield by bicycle, or e-bike, stopping off at a local restaurant sampling traditional dishes and local products.
We recommend spending your final day visiting Logar's neighbouring valley; Robanov Kot. Named after one of Slovenia's oldest farms, dating back 800 years, this area can be easily explored by all ages. A trail leads you through delightful meadows, mountain farms and forests.

Postojna Caves is one of the largest karst cave networks in the world, dating back two million years. With an incredible series of passages, chambers and galleries, visitors are left in awe at the sheer beauty of the natural formations. Just a few miles from Postojna Caves stands the 700 year old Predjama Castle. Sitting within a 123 metre cliff it was once a hideout for a rebellious baron, the subject of a romantic legend and is now home to a fascinating collection of weapons and paintings from the 15th century.
