Once you have received a quote from us and you'd like to proceed with the booking, if require certain personal information of each member of the party, including your first and last name as per your passport, date of birth, address and nationality. If the departure date is less than 8 weeks (56 days) from the booking date we will require the full balance to be paid. If the departure date is more than 8 weeks, then a deposit is required. The deposit amount is listed within the itinerary / quote sent to you.
If you book a holiday with us that includes a flight from or to the UK, then by UK law your booking must be ATOL protected. We hold an ATOL License to be able to legally sell flight based holidays. If your holiday doesn't include a flight from or to the UK then your holiday will not be ATOL protected but your are financially protected other ways (see below).
Being a member (number U8902) of the Travel Trust Association (TTA) means that you can book your holiday secure in the knowledge that the Travel Trust Association will protect you in the unlikely event of a member becoming insolvent.
Should a member of the TTA for any reason financially fail or cease trading, the Travel Trust Association will liaise with the suppliers to ensure that your holiday goes ahead unaffected. If for any reason this is not possible, the Travel Trust Association will administer a claim for a refund of the money that you have paid to a member for your holiday.

In short, yes. All our holidays have a high degree of flexibility therefore we can put together the right itinerary for you. Only our cruise based holidays, where the cruise itself has a set itinerary.
This depends on when the airlines release their flights. Generally it is around 1 year in advance. Speak to one of our friendly travel experts who will be able to provide more information
We require roughly 7 nights prior to departure in order to arrange elements of your holidays. Thinking of going away at short notice. Do not hesitate to Contact Us.
In order to book our holidays we require a deposit. The amount will differ depending on your holiday . The balance of the booking can be paid by monthly installments. As all our holidays are tailor-made, one of our friendly experts is on hand to assist with everything you need to know regarding payments.
We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as payment by bank transfer. Unfortunately we do not accept cash, cheque or payment by American Express.
Transfers really depend on where you are going to. All transfer times are listed within the itinerary/ quotation you receive from one of our friendly travel experts.
If your holiday includes a flight, one of our travel experts will contact you 2-3 weeks prior to departure, to ask you to provide your passport details. We will then check you in for your flight and then send you your travel tickets and documentation by email or phone, whichever you prefer.
Buying adequate travel insurance is a pre-requisite for booking one of our holidays. It is therefore vital that you purchase this as soon as the booking has been confirmed by us. Unfortunately we do not provide our own travel insurance.
We will try and meet the requirements of all customers with special requirements, e.g. wheelchair assistance, or those with a medical condition. It is vital you notify us prior to confirming your booking if you have any special requirements.
Hold luggage is included as standard in all our flight based holidays unless otherwise started within your quotation. If you like to travel light we can of course cater for this.
Your holiday won’t go ahead and you’ll be able to change your booking to another date for free or receive a full refund if:
- The UK Government deem it to be Illegal to travel abroad
- If the Government for the destination you’re travelling to decides to enforce quarantine on arrival and there isn’t the option to forgo this quarantine period by providing evidence of a negative Covid-19 test
- If you have a booking to any destination on the UK government red list that forms over 50% of the duration of your holiday.
Package Refund Guarantee
If you’ve booked a package holiday, you’re entitled to your money back within a guaranteed 14 days if we have to cancel it. You’ll also have other options, including the opportunity to change your package booking to another holiday fee-free*
*Only if the new airfare or hotel rates are higher will you be asked to pay the difference.
If you are not confident about travelling due to Covid-19, you can change your holiday to a later date as long as the flights are available to book We will not charge any fees our end to make this change up to 14 days before your departure date (departures up to 31/10/2022). Only if the new airfare or hotel rates are higher will you be asked to pay the difference.

Fully Vaccinated Adults – age 18 and above:
- No test in resort prior to returning to UK.
- All guests age 5 and above to have a day 2 PCR or Antigen test once home.
- Test packages must be booked and paid for before travelling.
- Passenger Locator Form to be completed prior to travelling back to the UK within 48 hours of arrival.
Unvaccinated adults – age 18 and above:
- Must have a test in resort (PCR or Antigen) 72 hours prior to returning.
- Day 2 & Day 8 PCR test upon return.
- Must self-isolate for 10 days upon return – can opt to take the day 5 “test to release” to reduce their self-isolation, however must continue to self-isolate until the day 5 test result is returned. Test packages must be booked and paid for before travelling.
- Passenger Locator Form to be completed prior to travelling back to the UK within 48 hours of arrival.
All under 18s are classed and will follow the Fully Vaccinated rules if arriving home from a green country.
